Welcome to the Delta Circles Eliza Miller Opportunity Hub
The Opportunity Hub is located in the beautifully restored Eliza Miller School campus in Helena–West Helena. Once a pillar of community heritage, the campus has been reimagined by Delta Circles into a dynamic space that nurtures innovation, entrepreneurship, and sustainable community growth.
We honor the past while building for the future — fostering creative mindsets, supporting Black women-led enterprises, and cultivating opportunity across technology, agriculture, and business. Every rental directly supports our mission to invest in economic equity throughout the Arkansas Delta.
